Delivery to the UK
First class postal deliveries through royal mail will be used when your order weighs less than 2KG. All orders over 2KG in weight will default to the corresponding delivery options.
UK Mainland Delivery Charges:
- 1st Class Postal Delivery £1.99
- Courier Delivery - Over 2KG and Under 4kg £7.99
- Courier Delivery - Over 4kg £9.99
Every effort is made to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receipt of the cleared payment. The times quoted (if any) are so quoted in good faith, but shall not be binding. Sky 4 Caravans can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances out of their control causing late delivery.
Delivery outside of the UK
For all other delivery destinations outside the UK mainland, please contact us for a specific delivery charges.
Payment is due in full prior to dispatch of goods.
Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit cannot be accepted unless Sky 4 Caravans is advised within 48hours of receipt of goods in the case of damage. Sky 4 Caravans must be informed in writing within 7 days of date of expected delivery in the case of loss. Sky 4 Caravans will not entertain claims made outside the stated time limits. For your own protection, please obtain a receipt from the carrier, as the company accepts no responsibility for lost parcels.
Ownership and risk
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery, though the ownership of the goods remains vested within the company until full payment has been received and cleared.

An item is classed as missing if :
1) An item is not delivered by 10 working days of date of dispatch in the UK
2) or 30 days for the rest of the world
3) An item is missing from your order upon delivery

Missing items from parcels must be notified within 2 working days of delivery. Please include all details, including name, address, date of purchase and invoice number.
Incorrect or Damaged items
Please notify all items for return to us within 2 working days of delivery on firstname.lastname@example.org
Items returned without prior notification cannot be replaced or refunded.
When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, Sky 4 Caravans may agree to their return on the following conditions:
a) A request must be made to Sky 4 Caravans, within seven days of receipt of goods
b) If you wish to return unwanted goods, please ensure that any product you have bought is in its original condition, unused and sent back to Sky 4 Caravans with its original packaging.
c) Refunds will be subject to the purchase price less 20% handling charge. Carriage charges will not be refunded.
d) Goods that are given free, as part of an offer, are not exchangeable or refundable, unless the full offer is returned, subject to normal conditions.
e) Your statutory rights are not affected.
In the event the Buyer wishes to return goods, the returns policy detailed above will only be implemented at the discretion of Sky 4 Caravans following a review of the circumstances that have led to the Buyer making such a request and Sky 4 Caravans reserves the right to refuse this request.
