Both Sky 4 Caravans and the Buyer accept the following Terms and Conditions
In these terms and conditions “the Buyer” means the purchaser of goods from Sky 4 Caravans under these Terms and Conditions.
Prices shown in our catalogue and on our web site are correct at the time of printing/uploading but are subject to alteration without prior notice. All prices are exclusive of delivery costs.
Payment is due in full prior to despatch of goods.
Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit cannot be accepted unless Sky 4 Caravans is advised within 48hours of receipt of goods in the case of damage. Sky 4 Caravans must be informed in writing within 7 days of date of expected delivery in the case of loss. Sky 4 Caravans will not entertain claims made outside the stated time limits. For your own protection, please obtain a receipt from the carrier, as the company accepts no responsibility for lost parcels.
Ownership and risk
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery, though the ownership of the goods remains vested within the company until full payment has been received and cleared.
When goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, Sky 4 Caravans may agree to their return on the following conditions:
a) A request must be made to Sky 4 Caravans, within seven days of receipt of goods
b) If you wish to return unwanted goods, please ensure that any product you have bought is in its original condition, unused and sent back to Sky 4 Caravans with its original packaging.
c) Refunds will be subject to the purchase price less 20% handling charge. Carriage charges will not be refunded.
d) Goods that are given free, as part of an offer, are not exchangeable or refundable, unless the full offer is returned, subject to normal conditions.
In the event the Buyer wishes to return goods, the returns policy detailed above will only be implemented at the discretion of Sky 4 Caravans following a review of the circumstances that have led to the Buyer making such a request and Sky 4 Caravans reserves the right to refuse this request.
Every effort is made to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receipt of the cleared payment. The times quoted (if any) are so quoted in good faith, but shall not be binding. Sky 4 Caravans can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances out of their control causing late delivery.
Delivery charges will be added to the cost of the goods and will be calculated and advised at the time of order or soon thereafter.
Orders cancelled before the items have been dispatched will be fully reimbursed.
All items are guaranteed for 12months.
